Booking enquiries submitted through the form on /work are not contracts. A booking is confirmed only on signed agreement and deposit.
Sync licensing, custom composition, and partnership terms are issued separately on a per-project basis. Catalogue licence terms available on request.
Privacy
The booking form collects only the information you provide: name, organisation, email, project date, budget bracket, message. That information is sent to bookings@, press@, or partnerships@ based on inquiry type, and is not sold, traded, or shared with third parties.
The newsletter sign-up collects your email and nothing else. You can unsubscribe with one click from any newsletter we send.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or data brokers on this site.
If you want a copy of any data we hold about you, or want it deleted, email Rahmaanphillipmusic@gmail.com with the subject line "Data request".
Cookies
This site uses a minimal cookie footprint:
- Functional: for the booking form's segmented control and the audio sampler player state. Essential to the site working.
- Analytics: aggregate, anonymised page-view analytics only. No personal identifiers.
YouTube embeds on Watch, Music, and Da Nang are click-to-play: YouTube does not set cookies until you actually press play.
